Warrior-Mindset (Teen Physical) Training Program:
Warrior-Mindset (Teen Physical) Training Program offers a full body training program for the sedentary and obese teenagers that voluntarily or clinically need to get fit to offset a medical condition and/ or be and stay healthy.
This is a Warrior Ethos Program on stoicism, integrity, honor, courage, commitment, perspective, capability, adaptability, professionalism, personal responsibility and being a team player, via some selection criteria basic fitness standards; NOT a military training course, and is made available in accordance to SDG, Public Health, sourced publicly for the public good.
Consult with your guardian and GP before starting this exercise training program.
Follow the model shown, with the same duration and intensity as prescribed herein.
